Service Description

Clients perform at their specific fitness level and work closely with a trainer to set fitness goals and develop skills for everyday actions, to achieve goals. Clients exercise in a group setting, but perform exercises and advance at their own pace. - Choice of 8, 12, or 16 sessions per month. - Cardio & Strength training - Up to 5 people per group - Total body workouts; hitting arms, legs, glutes, and core every session - 45 Minute classes - workouts based on client ability and goals - Progress pictures and measurements taken each month *Please note this a monthly subscription. All sessions must be completed within the month. If sessions not used, client will lose sessions. ** Your card will be billed the same day of every month until cancelled
